My dad wanted scrambled eggs and he asked me if I would like to make them. Of course I did! I joined 4-H that same year and began learning how to cook, bake, preserve and dehydrate. I only took 1 home-economics class because I was so advanced compared to the other kids in the class. After high school, I just learned how to do things by calling my mom! I make an awesome lasagna, terrific meatballs, and killer gravy.
