I've not made them in a while but I think they feel as hard as compared to once they are cooled.

Hi Amaaaani, You can use muffin cases instead but they would need to be silicone muffin cases rather than paper as the paper cases will not keep their shape so the muffins would go flat while cooking.

Hi, I know what you mean, it's my photo and I meant to sprinkle on the sugar but I only had sugar cubes so it went a bit wrong. If you make them, please add your photo to show how they should look!
