Me? Just a farm raised country girl that learned to cook very young because my mom liked to drive the tractor more than cook the meals that fed everyone on haymaking days. Cooked with my grandmothers, then in home economics in schools...won lots of ribbons at the county fair and pretty much worked in restaurants all through college. 3 kids and 3 husbands gave me lots of practice and an expanded horizon. Typically, with my circle of family and friends, I'm known as the one who can cook. So I just thought I would share what I know while at the same time organize my massive recipe collection.
