Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- cup oat flour (or whole wheat flour - you can also substitute 1/2 cup ground flax seed for 1/2 cup of the flour)
- ½ cup granulated sugar (or splenda)
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
Directions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container. One batch= 1 3/4 cups of dry mix which makes 4 waffles or 7 pancakes.
