Ingredients
- 1lb smoked white turkey
- 30oz white beans (with juice - 2 cans)
- 1 cup red peppers (diced)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Step 1
In a medium pot over medium-high heat, saute turkey and red pepper in extra virgin olive oil and spices.
Step 2
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Step 3
Lower heat and add both cans of white beans. Stir to incorporate.
Step 4
Simmer over low-medium heat for 10 minutes.
