Ingredients
- 6 medium pancakes
- 4 large pears (thickly chopped. Williams pears are good as they are juicy)

- 1.8oz butter (unsalted)
Optional
- 10fl oz crème fresh
- 10fl oz fromage frais
Directions
Step 1
Have 6 pancakes ready-made. If they are not already warm, warm them in an oven at 150C
Step 2
Heat the butter in a large frying pan and let is dissolve, covering the whole pan.
Add the pears.
Fry for 2-3 minutes on a high heat, until the undersides are golden.
