Directions

Step 1

Sauté onion and bell pepper with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

When onion is nearly clear, remove both from heat and set aside.

Step 2

Crumble tofu with fork or fingers, and mix with seasonings.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and cook in skillet pan until edges of tofu become a slightly more golden yellow.

Step 3

Add onion and bell pepper to tofu mixture in pan.
