Step 1
Take a tortilla and cut it into quarters, cut the quarters in half. Allow 2-3 tortillas per person.
Step 2
On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, put on the nachos and then brush them with oil. Next sprinkle them with chilly powder, salt and cheese.
Step 3
Place in an oven at 180ºC / 350ºF / gas mark 4 for up to 8 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown or the nachos are starting to brown.
Step 4
Using a spatula, place the nachos onto a plate and add hot salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Enjoy served warm.

Thanks, delicious! And a nice replacement for toast.
I'd gave it 11 minutes at 180ºC / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4 because I like very crunchy.
