Ingredients

Imperial | Metric | USA
  • 4 yorkshire pudding (frozen pre-made)
  • 4 heaped teaspoons sweetcorn
  • 6 pitted black olive (finely diced)
  • 1 thin slice cheese (cut into four)
  • 1 pinch of thyme
  • 40g sausage (finely diced)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220 C/Gas 7/Fan 200 C.
Lightly grease a baking tray and put the yorkshire puddings on it.

Step 2

Mix the sweetcorn, olives and sausage in a small bowl and divide the stuffing between the puddings.

Step 3

Put a piece of cheese on the top and sprinkle on some thyme. Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese has melted. Serve hot.
