Ingredients
- 4 yorkshire puddings (Frozen pre-made)
- 4 heaped teaspoons sweetcorn
- 6 pitted black olives (Finely diced)
- 1 thin slice cheese (Cut into four)
- 1 pinch thyme
- 1.4oz sausage (Finely diced)
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220 C/Gas 7/Fan 200 C.
Lightly grease a baking tray and put the yorkshire puddings on it.
Step 2
Mix the sweetcorn, olives and sausage in a small bowl and divide the stuffing between the puddings.
Step 3
Put a piece of cheese on the top and sprinkle on some thyme. Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese has melted. Serve hot.
