Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 litre milk
- 8.8oz plain flour
- 17.5oz salmon
- 10.5oz cream cheese
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- salt
- 7oz horseradish
- 1.8oz butter (for frying)
- 1 bunch dill
- 10 black olives
Directions
Step 1
Mix the eggs with the milk. Then add flour and stir into a smooth dough.
Step 2
Add the mixture to a buttered frying pan. Add a little more butter and form paper-thin crepes.
Step 3
Leave the crepes to cool, then cover with the cream cheese and salmon. Then roll up tightly.
Step 4
Wrap the crepes in aluminium foil and place them into the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
Step 5
Cut each roll into individual servings, then spear with a toothpick so they keep their form.
Step 6
To garnish, add the dill, horseradish, salmon and olives.
