Ingredients
Imperial | Metric | USA- 100ml rose syrup
- 3 strawberries (or cherries)
- half a cup pancake mixture
- 1 scoop strawberry ice cream
- butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
Step 1
Put the pancake mixture into a bowl and add just enough water as you would if you were cooking a pancake.
Step 2
Pour rose syrup into the mixture while stirring until the mix turns a light pink colour, then add the baking soda and continue stirring.
Step 3
Mix in the scoop of ice cream and mash it with your spoon or whisk so it melts into the mixture.
Step 4
Heat a pan on the stove and add a small cube of butter to grease it.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the pan and cook it like a pancake. It should rise slightly.
Step 6
When ready, place on a plate and top with cherries or strawberries and / or rose syrup.
