Ingredients
Imperial | Metric | USA- 1 medium ciabatta roll
- 2 medium slices blue cheese
- 250g steak (rib-eye or sirloin)
Optional
- salad (a handful for topping)
Directions
Step 1
Prepare the ciabatta role by slicing it lengthways and also in half.
Step 2
Slice enough of the blue cheese to cover the steak.
Step 3
Grill the steak for 2 minutes on each side (or longer according to taste - e.g. rare, medium...)
Step 4
Place the steak in the roll. Place the cheese on top. Close the roll and enjoy!
