Ingredients
Imperial | Metric | USA- potato (around 130g each)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C / 370ºF / gas mark 5. Cut two potatoes into wedge shapes and place in a roasting tin.
Step 2
In a bowl mix the oil, paprika and cumin. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the potatoes and toss thoroughly.
Step 3
Cook for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden brown.
