Ingredients

Imperial | Metric | USA
  • 1 spaghetti squash (cut in half and gutted)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon seasonings (garlic salt, peper/salt, whatever)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175ºC / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4.

Step 2

Cut your Spaghetti Squash in half length wise and gut it.

Step 3

Melt your coconut or other oil and brush onto the inside of the squash.

Step 4

Sprinkle your seasonings over all that.

Step 5

Place face down into a baking pan and bake for 35-45 minutes.

Step 6

Let them cool for a little while and then scrape the inside with a fork. BOOM! Paleo, Gluten, Wheat, Diary, Egg, Nut FREE Spaghetti!
