Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Set aside 1/4 of dough for topping.

Step 2

S'more mixture in a baking pan with chocolate layered on top

Press remaining mixture into a greased 23x33cm (9x13") baking pan. Place candy bars over the crust.

Step 3

Marshmallow and graham cracker sprinkled over s'more mixture

Sprinkle marshmallows over the candy. Crumble remaining graham cracker mixture over the top.

Step 4

S'more cooling in a baking pan

Bake at 175ºC / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4. for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.

Step 5

S'more cut into slices

Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container. Yield 28 bars.
