Ingredients
Imperial | Metric | USA- 2 cups rice (should be small-medium glasses/cups (see the main photograph for reference))
- 100g canned sweetcorn
- 3 cups boiled water
- 75g unsalted butter
- 300ml hot water
- 1 cube chicken stock
Directions
Step 1
Wash the rice with cold water for a few times, then add some hot water and wait 15 minutes. Then drain the rice.
Step 2
Mix the chicken stock with boiled water. Then put aside.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a pan (preferably large and non stick) and add the rice. Cook for a few minutes, stirring. Add the boiled water mix.
Step 4
Add sweetcorn and stir.
Step 5
Allow to boil for 2 minutes then lower the heat. Cook until the rice is drained. Then remove from the heat.
Step 6
Wait for 15 minutes, stir and serve.
