Ingredients
Imperial | Metric | USA- 250g potato
- 125g bacon
Optional
- 1 egg
Directions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut into roughly 1cm cubes and boil for 10 minutes. While they are boiling cut the bacon into small pieces.
Step 2
Once the potatoes have boiled, add 2 tablespoons of oil to a frying pan. Fry them for 5 minutes on a medium heat. Add the bacon and fry for a further 10 minutes.
The meal is ready once the bacon and potatoes are brown, you can cook it longer so the potatoes and bacon are crispy.
Step 3
It is now ready to serve or first you can cook a fried or poached egg.
