Pork cheeseburger with avocado

Ingredients
Imperial | Metric | USA- 240g minced pork (not lean)
- 4 heaped teaspoons garlic granules
- 2 medium slices french doux de montagne cheese
- 2 medium burger buns
- 4 heaped teaspoons mayonnaise
- 4 thin slices baby lettuce
- 1 avocado
Optional
- 2 teaspoons minced chipotle in adobo
- 1 teaspoon adobo sauce
Directions
Step 1
By hand, mix the pork with the garlic granules and then form 2 equally sized burgers.
You may also mix in additional ingredients such as 2 teaspoons of minced chipotle in adobo and 1 teaspoon adobo sauce.
Step 2
Scoop out half of an avocado onto a plate and mash into a paste with a fork.
Step 3
Prepare 2 slices of cheese and 4 lettuce leaves.
Step 4
Place the burgers onto a grill and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 5
Cut 2 burger buns into halves and place on the grill.
Cook these as well as the burgers for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Place the burgers onto the buns.
Spread one side of the buns with mayonnaise.
Step 7
Add cheese, avocado and lettuce, then close the bun.
