Directions

Step 1

Hand-crafted pork burgers with garlic

By hand, mix the pork with the garlic granules and then form 2 equally sized burgers.

You may also mix in additional ingredients such as 2 teaspoons of minced chipotle in adobo and 1 teaspoon adobo sauce.

Step 2

Half an avocado mashed into a puree with a fork

Scoop out half of an avocado onto a plate and mash into a paste with a fork.

Step 3

Lettuce leaves, cheese, pork burgers and mashed avocado

Prepare 2 slices of cheese and 4 lettuce leaves.

Step 4

Pork burgers on a grill

Place the burgers onto a grill and cook for 4 minutes.

Step 5

2 burger buns being toasted on a grill alongside 2 pork burgers

Cut 2 burger buns into halves and place on the grill.

Cook these as well as the burgers for 2 minutes.

Step 6

2 pork burgers in burger buns with mayonnaise

Place the burgers onto the buns.

Spread one side of the buns with mayonnaise.

Step 7

2 pork burgers with toppings - ready to eat

Add cheese, avocado and lettuce, then close the bun.
