Ingredients
Imperial | Metric | USA- 1 litre whole milk
- 3 tablespoons double cream
- 3 tablespoons yoghurt
Directions
Step 1
Heat the milk in a pan to almost boiling, then cool down to 40C.
Step 2
Mix the cream and yoghurt in a glass or plastic jar. While mixing them add the milk and close the lid. Put the jar in a warm place and cover with a small blanket.
Wait for 8 hours, then uncover and put the yoghurt in a refrigerator. Wait at least one day before serving.
