Ingredients
- 1 cup peaches (Frozen)
- ½ cup strawberries (Frozen)
- ½ cup blackberries (Frozen)
- 1 ½ cups milk (you can also use coconut milk)
- ½ cup orange juice (or any citrus juice you prefer)
- ½ cup yogurt (Plain)
- 1 medium banana (cut into chunks)
Directions
Step 1
Put the strawberries, blackberries and peaches in the blender.
Step 2
Pour milk and juice on top
Step 3
Pulse blend until things start to come together.
Stop every so often to stir and scrape the sides of the blender.
Keep pulsing until things start to come together.
Step 4
Once things are starting to blend, add the yogurt and banana.
Step 5
Keep blending for several minutes until the smoothie appears smooth.
Step 6
Place dixie cups on a foil lined baking sheet.
Pour smoothie evenly into cups.
There should be enough for about 18 pops.
Step 7
Put smote cups into the freezer for about 30-45 minutes.
Enough to harden the smoothies, but not be frozen solid.
Step 8
Remove from freezer and add the sticks.
Step 9
Return the pops to the freezer and freeze for another 3-6 hours.
