| Description | For being all paleo, these things are great. Make them for dessert or take them along and eat them after a run or workout. With all things paleo baking, its best to toy around with the recipe for what you like best. I put a few diced apples on the top which turned out great. I also tried another batch with long strings of apple. |

Ingredients
- 1 apple (diced)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 3 eggs (whisked)
- ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tablespoons honey (Raw)
- 1 heaped tablespoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175ºC / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4.
Step 2
Mix dry ingredients together.
Almond and coconut flour, cinnamon, and baking soda.
Step 3
Mix in the eggs, oil, honey, and diced apples.
Step 4
Put what you got evenly into some muffin tins.
Step 5
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Step 6
Burn your mouth like I always do. Or better yet, make some Paleo Banana Ice cream and use that to cool one of these down. Its awesome.
