Paleo Apple Cinnamon Muffins recipe

|Description||For being all paleo, these things are great. Make them for dessert or take them along and eat them after a run or workout. With all things paleo baking, its best to toy around with the recipe for what you like best. I put a few diced apples on the top which turned out great. I also tried another batch with long strings of apple.|
Please note: only the ingredient list has been updated, you will need to allow for different cooking times, temperatures and quantities in each step.
Preheat oven to 175ºC / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Almond and coconut flour, cinnamon, and baking soda.
Mix in the eggs, oil, honey, and diced apples.
Put what you got evenly into some muffin tins.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Burn your mouth like I always do. Or better yet, make some Paleo Banana Ice cream and use that to cool one of these down. Its awesome.
