Nutriiveda rice balls recipe

|Description||Rice balls with Nutriiveda (NV) protein balls that can be used as a snack or dessert which provides the nutrition and good for a child with gastric issues.|

- 4 tablespoons rice (cooked rice of your choice)
- 4 tablespoons coconuts (organic)
- 4 scoops chocolate nutriiveda (or Vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon stevia flavoring (stevia flavoring of your choice)
- 1 heaped tablespoon chocolate chip (or carob)
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until consistency you can roll into a ball without sticking.
While blending, add moisture sparingly
When you see the rice balling up on the side of the food processor it's ready.
If you made sweet Nutriiveda rice balls you can roll them into graham cracker crumbs, sprinkles or dried coconut.
If you made appetizer Nutriiveda rice balls you can roll them in sesame seeds, bread crumbs, or a bit of shredded cheese.
