Ingredients

Imperial | Metric | USA
  • 4 tablespoons rice (cooked rice of your choice)
  • 4 tablespoons coconuts (organic)
  • 4 scoops chocolate nutriiveda (or Vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon stevia flavoring (stevia flavoring of your choice)

Directions

Step 1

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until consistency you can roll into a ball without sticking.

Step 2

While blending, add moisture sparingly

Step 3

When you see the rice balling up on the side of the food processor it's ready.

Step 4

If you made sweet Nutriiveda rice balls you can roll them into graham cracker crumbs, sprinkles or dried coconut.

Step 5

If you made appetizer Nutriiveda rice balls you can roll them in sesame seeds, bread crumbs, or a bit of shredded cheese.
