  • 17.5oz boneless mutton legs (Cut into roughly 2 cm cubes)
  • 4 medium shallots (Quartered)
  • 7oz roasted chestnuts (Merchant Gourmet Whole Chestnuts can be found in supermarkets)
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Put the shallots and meat into a non-stick pan. Cook for 2 hours on a low heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

After 2 hours, add the chestnuts and thyme and cook for another hour.

Step 3

Add salt, stir for the last time and remove from the heat. Serve hot.
