Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 5oz smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon dill (fresh and finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon chive (fresh and finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon capers (roughly Chopped)
- 2 tablespoons red onions (minced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for pizza dough)
- 6 eggs (3 out of the 6 eggs only use the whites)
Directions
Step 1
Follow the instructions below for your pizza dough.
Step 2
Tip: Preheat your oven to 260°C / 500°F / Gas Mark 10 right when you wake up.
It takes just over 1 hour for the pizza stone and oven to get to the right temperature.
Step 3
Cut all your herbs, capers and onions before beginning to cook. Timing is crucial in this recipe, and you want to be organized before you start.
Step 4
In a large mixing bowl crack the eggs and place inside.
Step 5
Place cream cheese in a small glass bowl and microwave for 20 seconds.
Step 6
Using a fork, mix the cream cheese up until creamy and soft.
Add the cream cheese to the eggs in the large mixing bowl.
Step 7
Mix eggs and cream cheese together until fully incorporated.
Step 8
Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
Brush olive oil all over the dough.
Step 9
Place a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add olive oil once your skillet is heated.
Step 10
Add the eggs and turn your heat down to medium-low.
Using a spatula, continue to stir the eggs around so they don't stick to the skillet.
Once your eggs are almost cooked, but still a little runny, turn off the heat.
Step 11
Spread the creme fraiche over the top of the pizza dough.
Step 12
Add your scrambled eggs.
Step 13
Turn your oven from 260°C / 500°F / Gas Mark 10 to Broil HIGH setting.
Step 14
Add smoked salmon over the eggs.
Step 15
Sprinkle the freshly chopped dill, chives and red onion over the smoked salmon.
Step 16
Place the pizza inside the oven and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
Once your pizza crust turns golden brown, remove and cut into slices.
Serve warm.
