Ingredients
- 20fl oz double cream
- 6.1oz caster sugar
- 2 medium unwaxed lemons (Grated)
Directions
Step 1
Heat the cream and sugar together in a pan until the sugar has dissolved, then bring to the boil.
Then add the lemon juice and rind and stir until the mixture thickens.
Step 3
Pour into serving glasses and allow to cool before serving.
