Ingredients
Imperial | Metric | USA- 90g spaghetti pasta
- 1 garlic glove
- 1 medium lemon
- 20ml olive oil
Directions
Step 1
Take a clove of garlic.
Step 2
Cut the clove of garlic and cut in half, thinly cut the half.
Step 3
Cook the pasta as per pack instructions, drain and return to the pan.
Step 4
Pour the olive oil and lemon juice over the pasta. Add the slices of garlic. Toss the pasta well and return to a medium heat for 2 minutes.
Step 5
It is now ready to serve, place in a bowl and for an extra twist add some grated parmesan cheese.
