  • 17.5oz lamb mince
  • ½ red onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons mint (finely chopped)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 2 thick slices bread (1-2 days old, preferably rye/wholemeal)
  • 7oz smooth fetta (crumbled)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven 175ºC / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4.

Step 2

Put bread into a food processor to make breadcrumbs.

Step 3

Combine mince, onion, mint, egg, breadcrumbs and fetta.

Mix ingredients thoroughly.

Step 4

Scoop a tablespoon of mixture, roll into a ball until all mixture is gone.

Step 5

Place all meatballs onto a baking tray.

Step 6

Cook for 12 minutes.
