Ingredients

Imperial | Metric | USA
  • 1 small white cabbage (500g approximately)
  • 100g meat mince (or soy mince)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons double concentrated tomato puree
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice
  • half a teaspoon salt
  • 200ml water (boiled)

Directions

Step 1

Dice and wash the cabbage, then set aside.

Step 2

Brown the mince and onion with oil in a pan.

Add the tomato puree.

Step 3

Add the cabbage, salt, rice and water.

Close the lid and cook until the cabbage is soft.

Stir occasionally, add more water if needed.
