Ingredients
- 1 small white cabbage (500g approximately)
- 3.5oz mince (Or soy mince)
- 1 small onion (Diced)
- 2 tablespoons concentrated tomato puree
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons rice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 7fl oz water (Boiled)
Directions
Step 3
Add the cabbage, salt, rice and water.
Close the lid and cook until the cabbage is soft.
Stir occasionally, add more water if needed.
