Ingredients

Imperial | Metric | USA

Converted from metric

  • 2 medium slices rye bread (or pumpernickel)
  • 2 tablespoons fromage frais (or Greek Yogurt)
  • 5 thin slices french breakfast radishes (milder tasting radishes are best for these breakfast tartines)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (best if the honey was slightly runny in order to top the tartine properly.)

Directions

Step 1

Spread carefully the fromage frais or greek yogurt completely onto the bread.

Step 2

Add the sliced radishes to the fromage frais or greek yogurt.

Step 3

Drizzle the honey on top of the tartine from top to bottom.

Step 4

If the bread is a large slice, cut in half and serve.

If you have tried this recipe, what did you think of it?

e.g. Were the instructions easy to follow, did it taste okay, any disasters?

Would you tweak this recipe? If so, how?

e.g. Add half a chopped onion, use less butter, shake not stir...
