Ingredients

  • 2.5lb swift premium pork sirloin tip roast (costco Kirkland)
  • annie's roasted garlic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
  • head country all purpose championship seasoning
  • brussels sprout (steamed)
  • pork stuffing (stove Top)
  • potato (mashed)
  • brown gravy

Directions

Step 1

Rub Sirloin Tip Roast with Annie's extra virgin olive oil for the glue.

Step 2

Pork sirloin with seasoning rubbed on

Sprinkle/season roast with Championship Seasoning.

Step 3

Wrap roast in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Step 4

Remove roast from refrigerator and allow it to rest on the counter for 30 minutes prior to smoking/cooking.

Step 5

Preheat Smoker Grill to 120°C / 250°F / Gas Mark ½ using Hickory.

Step 6

Cooked sirloin fresh out of the oven

Smoke/cook roast to an internal temperature (IT) of 65°F / 150°F.

Step 7

Rest roast under a foil tent for 20 minutes before serving.

Step 8

Slice Pork Sirloin Tip Roast against the grain.
