Directions

Step 1

6 broad beans

Split open the 6 broad beans and put the beans into a bowl.

Step 2

Broad beans in a bowl, covered with water

Cover the beans with water.

Step 3

Bowl covered with a plate

Put a small plate over the bowl. then put this into a microwave and set on full power for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Chopped carrot, peppers and spring onion on a grill

Place the chopped carrot, peppers and spring onion onto a grill and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 5

Add the chicken breast to the grill and cook for 4 minutes.

Step 6

Recipe plated

Once cooked, place onto a dish and serve
