Ingredients
Imperial | Metric | USA- 6 large broad beans
- 1 medium chicken breast
- 6 small santini tomatoes
- 1 medium chopped carrot
- 3 medium spring onions
- 3 medium slices yellow pepper
- 3 medium red pepper
Directions
Step 1
Split open the 6 broad beans and put the beans into a bowl.
Step 2
Cover the beans with water.
Step 3
Put a small plate over the bowl. then put this into a microwave and set on full power for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Place the chopped carrot, peppers and spring onion onto a grill and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add the chicken breast to the grill and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 6
Once cooked, place onto a dish and serve
