Fruit and nut muffins recipe

Preheat oven 180ºC / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4
Mix bananas, apple puree, flaxseed oil and vanilla extract in one bowl
In a second bowl, add oats, spices, nuts, dried fruit, coconut and almond meal
Combine wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, mix thoroughly
Spray muffins tins, cook for 20 mins
Leave in muffin tray for 5 mins, transfer on a rack to cool
