Fettucine pasta with parmesan recipe

- 3.5oz fettuccine pasta
- 1.1oz parmesan cheese (use freshly grated cheese for a stronger taste)
- 0.4oz butter
In a pan bring water to the boil. Cook the pasta for 8-9 minutes.
Drain and serve on a plate.
Add the butter, salt and pepper and toss the pasta. Grate some of the cheese and toss the pasta. Continue until all of the cheese has been grated.
