Ingredients
Imperial | Metric | USA- 100g fettucine pasta
- 30g parmesan cheese (use freshly grated cheese for a stronger taste)
- 10g butter
Optional
- salt
- pepper
Directions
Step 1
In a pan bring water to the boil. Cook the pasta for 8-9 minutes.
Drain and serve on a plate.
Step 2
Add the butter, salt and pepper and toss the pasta. Grate some of the cheese and toss the pasta. Continue until all of the cheese has been grated.
