Ingredients
Imperial | Metric | USA- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt
- black pepper
Directions
Step 1
Boil the eggs in a hob for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from the heat and peel the eggs.
Step 3
Dice the eggs and mix with the parsley, salt, lemon juice and pepper.
