Cucumber Lime Puree or Soup recipe

- 2 medium cucumbers (cubed)
- 1 ripe avocado (cubed)
- 2 juices limes
- 2 heaped tablespoons mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon green onion (minced)
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon chili powder (or to taste)
- 1 bunch cilantro (this is optional for the cold soup as it makes it more like a puree)
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until completely pureed.
Place in a bowl and refrigerate for an hour or two. Serve with seafood -- yum. Or eat as a cold summer soup. Enjoy.
