Ingredients
- 4oz chicken breasts (shredded)
- 1 ½ cups athlete's mix (from Costco - or 1 cup kale, 1 cup spinach)
- 1 tablespoon garlic (more or less depending on your taste)
- 2 cups low sodium chicken stock
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Directions
Step 1
Put everything together in a pot over medium heat
Step 2
Let simmer with lid on for 20 minutes or so
Step 3
