- 1 chicken breast
- thin slice chorizo sausage
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200ºC / 390ºF / gas mark 6.
Place slices of chorizo under the chicken breast so that the top slices can fold over to keep it in place.
Cook for 25 minutes, turning over half way.
