Ingredients
Imperial | Metric | USA- 175g plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- salt
- 120g salted butter
- 120g brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 medium egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 175g plain chocolate
- 75g milk chocolate
- 75g white chocolate
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl beat with a wooden spoon the sugar and butter. Then add the egg, vanilla essence and honey. Sift the flour into the bowl also adding the baking powder and salt. Stir the mixture well and finally add the chocolate.
Step 2
Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet or onto non-stick baking parchment placing each cookie at least 5cm apart.
Step 3
Bake for 18-22 minutes at 160°C / 320ºF / gas mark 3 and place on a wire rack to allow to cool. After cooling place them in an air tight container for up to a week, if they last that long!
