Ingredients
- 7oz morning coffee biscuits (Or Turkish petibor)
- 3.5oz butter (Melted)
- 7oz mascarpone cheese
- 3 tablespoons yoghurt
- 7oz granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons plain flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 7oz plain chocolate
- 7oz double cream
Directions
Step 4
Lay baking paper into the baking tin and put the only circle part of the cake tin on it (not the base).
Put the biscuit mixture into the circle and press down with your hands.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 170C.
In a mixing bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, mascarpone cheese, flour, yoghurt and vanilla extract.
Pour this mixture onto the biscuit mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes until it becomes firm, then leave to cool.
Step 6
Boil the cream in a small saucepan, then remove from the heat and add the chocolate.
Melt and mix the chocolate with the cream and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Pour the chocolate mixture into the tin.
Then put the tin to the refrigerator and leave there for 8 hours or overnight.
