Ingredients
- 10.5oz dark chocolate (Broken into pieces)
- 5.3oz unsalted butter
- 6 medium eggs
- 1.8oz caster sugar
Optional
- 1 handful icing sugar (To sprinkle over the cake)
Directions
Step 3
Whisk the egg yolks with two tablespoons of sugar.
Stir in the melted chocolate.
Add the remaining sugar to the egg whites and whip. Then add this to the chocolate mixture and stir.
