Ingredients

Imperial | Metric | USA
  • 115g plain chocolate (chopped)
  • 300ml fresh custard
  • 2 medium bananas (finely chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl

Put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt in a microwave (2 minutes) or over a pan of gently simmering water

Step 2

Custard, chopped bananas and chocolate in a bowl

Pour the custard and chopped bananas into the bowl and gently fold in the chocolate.

Step 3

Chocolate banana fools in glasses

Spoon into 4 glasses and place in a refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Step 4

Chocolate banana fools with chocolate flakes

For visual effect, add chocolate flakes before serving.

    I'm sure it tastes great but I'm not sure about the look. The Bananas look like they are chopped quite small, might be better if you could see the slices. But as I say, I'm sure with those ingredients it will taste delicious.
