Ingredients

Imperial | Metric | USA
  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 1 large dark chocolate zico coconut water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar (or coconut crystals or maple syrup or sweetener of choice - added sweetener is recommended)

Optional

  • 1 tablespoon chocolate shavings (from your favorite chocolate bar)

Directions

Step 1

Add all ingredients except chocolate shavings to blender and mix on high until smooth and creamy. To avoid making overly airy, vary speeds between high and low.

Step 2

Optional: Use a vegetable peeler to grate chocolate shavings on top
