Ingredients

Imperial | Metric | USA
  • 8 medium tortilla
  • 400g chicken breast
  • 4 tablespoons fajita seasoning (ready made)
  • 380g fajita sauce (ready made)
  • 1 jar guacamole
  • 1 jar soured cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Optional

  • 2 medium peppers (chopped)
  • 1 medium lettuce
  • 8 medium slices cheese

Directions

Step 1

Chopped chicken breast covered with fajita seasoning and olive oil.

Chop up the chicken breast into small pieces and cover with the fajita seasoning and olive oil

Step 2

Chopped chicken breast cooking in a pan.

Place the chicken into a hot pan and cook until brown.

Step 3

Chopped chicken breast and fajita sauce, cooking in a pan.

Add the fajita sauce and leave to cook for 1 minute.

Step 4

Contents of a fajita filled with chicken, soured cream and guacamole.

Spread some soured cream onto the tortilla, then add the chicken and optional ingredients.

Add some guacamole.

Wrap up the fajita and heat while hot.
