Ingredients
Imperial | Metric | USA- 8 medium tortilla
- 400g chicken breast
- 4 tablespoons fajita seasoning (ready made)
- 380g fajita sauce (ready made)
- 1 jar guacamole
- 1 jar soured cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Optional
- 2 medium peppers (chopped)
- 1 medium lettuce
- 8 medium slices cheese
Directions
Step 1
Chop up the chicken breast into small pieces and cover with the fajita seasoning and olive oil
Step 2
Place the chicken into a hot pan and cook until brown.
Step 3
Add the fajita sauce and leave to cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Spread some soured cream onto the tortilla, then add the chicken and optional ingredients.
Add some guacamole.
Wrap up the fajita and heat while hot.
