Ingredients
Directions
Blanch almonds
Step 1
Boil the water and turn of the stove.
Add almonds to that water and keep in water for 1 minute and no longer otherwise almonds will lose their crispness.
Step 2
Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.
Pat dry and slip the skins off.
Step 3
Grind half of the almonds into paste and slice other half.
Heat the milk in heavy bottom pan and bring it to boil. Reduce the heat and add almond paste to it and stir.
Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
