  • 7oz chinese noodles (Cooked according to package directions)
  • 7oz beef (Chopped or cut into fine strips)
  • 7oz mixed vegetables (Carrots, onions, bell pepper, pak choi - finely cut)
  • 2 tablespoons oil

For the spiced broth mixture


Directions

Step 1

In a bowl mix together the ingredients for the spiced broth mixture.

Heat the oil in a wok and fry the meat.

Step 2

Meat and vegatables frying in a wok.

Add vegetables and continue to fry for a further 3 minutes while stirring constantly.

Step 3

Add the noodles and fry briefly. Plus mix the ingredients into the wok as well.

Step 4

Pour in the prepared spiced broth mixture.

Continue frying until cooked.
