Ingredients
- 7oz chinese noodles (Cooked according to package directions)
- 7oz beef (Chopped or cut into fine strips)
- 7oz mixed vegetables (Carrots, onions, bell pepper, pak choi - finely cut)
- 2 tablespoons oil
For the spiced broth mixture
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 8fl oz vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- ½ teaspoon garlic (Finely chopped)
- ½ teaspoon ginger (Finely chopped)
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl mix together the ingredients for the spiced broth mixture.
Heat the oil in a wok and fry the meat.
Step 3
Add the noodles and fry briefly. Plus mix the ingredients into the wok as well.
Step 4
Pour in the prepared spiced broth mixture.
Continue frying until cooked.
