Description This is a quick and healthy alternative to your classic American breakfast pancake. Not bad at all. Add cinnamon for some fruit for some extra flavor.

Ingredients

Imperial | Metric | USA
  • 2 medium bananas (ripe)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 medium egg

Directions

Step 1

Peel ripe bananas and mush them in a bowl with a fork.

I left it kinda chunky

Step 2

Mix in the almond butter and egg and whisk it all together until its well combined.

Step 3

Heat a pan on medium heat and make as many pancakes you want. I got 4 x 9cm (3.5") pancakes out of this recipe.

Step 4

Flip when golden brown just like "real" pancakes.
