We are looking for a website designer...

We are looking to hire a design person/agency, to give the site a full make-over. We will do all the coding, we just need someone to help us with the design and the images.

Please note that we are very fussy!

You should only apply if:

1. Your portfolio is of good quality (e.g. all text is easy to read)
2. You design for functionality – not just what looks good on a page
3. You know what process flows are
4. You know what heatmaps are
5. You know what A/B Testing is
6. You know which one of the following can haz cheezburgers:
   • Dogs
   • Cats
   • Hamsters
   • Chimpanzees
